Yoga for Wellness: Relaxing our Zoom Eyes with Pat Pao

Saturday, July 31, 3:30-5:00pm

The last year has increased the amount of time we spend in front of our many screens, making our eyes prone to strain and exhaustion. This workshop will explore different techniques to bring more softness and ease to our eyes through the practice of movement and meditation. All levels welcome. Early Bird Pricing through July 26!

Pat PaoPat Pao (E-RYT200, RCYT) Pat began her yoga studies with Betty Roi. She has studied extensively at HAYC since 1998 and has completed the HAYC Teacher Training Program, Radiant Child, Yoga 4 Teens, and Yin Yoga Teacher Training programs. She is also a Relax & Renew Trainer. Pat has completed intensive teacher training workshops with Kaustaub Desikachar, Paul Grilley, Anodea Judith, Judith Lasater, Elise Browning Miller, Sarah Powers, Erich Schiffman, and Rodney Yee. She is a former professional dancer and ballet teacher. Pat worked for over eighteen years as a movie casting director.

Sheryl's fun loving style and positive attitude will help you let go of your workweek & you'll leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. No experience necessary, all levels welcome. Sheryl BassSheryl Bass (RYT 200)   Sheryl has been practicing yoga for almost 20 years and received her RYT-200 in 2012 from Health Advantage Yoga Center. Dance has been a large part of her life, so Sheryl considers her yoga style as a natural transition from alignment based ballet and modern dance, into alignment based Hatha yoga poses, breath work and mindfulness. She loves to share her mantra, "Live life, laugh often and dance like nobody is watching!" with students of all levels of yoga, young and young at heart.
