Before the busyness of the holidays begins, give yourself the gift of rest, deep relaxation and silence. You’ll practice breathing techniques that are designed to calm and soothe, gentle restorative poses, and a quiet, reflective Yoga Nidra practice—all designed to leave you feeling peacefully restored and blissfully renewed. Suitable for every level and every body.

A veteran communications professional, she enjoys helping organizations and individuals tell their stories in print and online. Through clear, calm, individualized instruction, Lisa helps her yoga students attune body to breath, and emerge ready to live their most authentic life story. She holds a B.A. degree in English from Spelman College.
